This was taken at the annual Cessna 150-152 Fly-In at Clinton, Iowa (KCWI). Every year, about the same week as that other fly-in in Wisconsin, about 100 or so Cessna 150 and 152 owners get together for a few days of education and flying. We host various seminars related to the Cessna 150/152 and life events. This picture was taken during one of the landing contests where pilots attempt to land their planes in a 75 foot space on the runway. If the first piece of the airplane to hit the ground falls between the lines, the landing is then judged by fellow pilots. Other contests are a Nerf Delivery Contest and a Cross Country Scavenger Hunt. Picture was taken with my Canon EOS 5D MKIII. Photo by Edward Figuli.
